Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming living area, designed with stylish furniture and a warm atmosphere.

The kitchen is modern and functional, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. A cozy dining area and a selection of gold and silver cutlery invite you to truly celebrate convivial meals with your loved ones.

The apartment features a bedroom with a box-spring bed and a pull-out sofa bed; the comfortable beds are provided spotlessly clean and come with a variety of bedding options, while summer and winter sets ensure restful nights.
A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is also available.

Particularly impressive is the spacious 17-square-meter rooftop terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area. Here you can relax, enjoy the sun, and wind down at the end of the day.
If it’s a bit too chilly, take a seat next to the electric fireplace in the living room and simply watch a show on streaming services, which are available for a flat rate of 5€.


A parking space is available for your vehicle (the electric charging station is currently out of service; usage is billed separately)
so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to park. There’s also space for bicycles, ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

The apartment’s location on the outskirts of Erkner offers an ideal blend of tranquility and proximity to nature, while the city’s amenities are within easy reach. Enjoy walks along the nearby lake or explore the picturesque surroundings by bike—bikes can be provided upon request.
