The host was very communicative and was quick to answer any questions.
The loft is on the third floor above an interior decorator business. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is easy to walk to the town center or catch a bus. It is also close to the central train station. It is a 6-10 minute walk downhill from the station to the loft, or you could take a bus, which is 10-15 minutes depending on how long you wait for the bus.
The sauna in the loft is quite nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The only concern would be if you are staying during a hot part of the year. There is no AC, and being on the third floor would make it very difficult. Temperatures during our stay were around 21 C, and we were comfortable.
