The House

Villa Vista nestles into the hillside behind it like a large armchair. The bedrooms are located to the right and left, and along the central axis, the living area opens up toward the water, offering a magnificent view across the terraces, the pool, and the lush valley all the way to the city, the sea, and the harbor.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views, three bathrooms, and the large living room with an open kitchen are furnished in a classic Spanish style with dark pine wood, contrasted by deep blue tiles, terracotta tones, and sunny yellow. The open-concept kitchen, crafted from pine wood and granite, is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, Spanish tableware, pots, and a variety of glasses for large dinner parties. A television and stereo system are located in the living room, as is a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. The modern bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink or granite vanity; one bathroom also features a bathtub and a bidet. A washing machine is also available.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to work, there’s a large desk in the basement and internet access throughout the house. The air conditioning in the house keeps things cool, while the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth, depending on the time of year you’re visiting.

Pool and Garden

Secure and secluded, surrounded by a wall with bougainvillea hedges, the house is set in a Mediterranean-style garden spanning 1,100 square meters with several terraces. Here you can choose your favorite spot, depending on whether you’re looking for sun or shade, a sea view, or a wind-sheltered courtyard with a rock garden. Or would you rather lie on the lawn under a large palm tree and listen to the birds chirping? Go right ahead—that’s possible, too. Sun loungers, a large covered dining area with comfortable patio furniture, and a grill are, of course, also included. Enjoy the warm Mediterranean evenings here with a view of the city lights and the fireworks from Denia’s fiestas.

At the foot of the terrace lies the pool, which offers views of the sea and Montgó. The pool is equipped with a salt electrolysis system, so the water is very soft and free of chemicals.
