This charming house is ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the market and shops, and only 10 minutes by bike from the southern beaches and the Thalasso therapy center. The large ocean beaches and surf spots are 15 minutes away by bike.



Inside, the spacious living and dining area offers 41 m² of open-plan space, while the kitchen (6 m²) is fully equipped and opens onto the dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with two 80 cm beds that can be joined together, and a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed. The ground floor also has a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, there is a separate toilet with a small sink.



The house is equipped with a modern oven, three induction cooktops, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a small refrigerator. An outdoor shower and sink add convenience, especially after a day at the beach.



The property’s location is perfect for exploring the area, with the small beach just a 15-minute walk away and the larger ocean beach a 20-minute bike ride. The Thalasso therapy center and the Gatseau beach are also a 20-minute bike ride. Shops, restaurants, and the town center are just a minute away on foot.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival.
