On the outskirts, 400 m from the centre of Castellina Marittima, in a quiet position on a slope, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach. Private: property, terraced garden (fenced). Hot tub, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 400 m, café 300 m, bus stop "Castellina Lavatoi" 300 m, sandy beach "Vada" 15 km, thermal baths "Casciana Terme" 30 km. Marina 15 km, golf course (9 hole) 28 km. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 30 km, Pisa 55 km, Firenze 100 km.

Walk-through room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
