In the district of Cala Salionç, in the district Cala Salions- Edificio Balandros, in a sunny position on a slope, 400 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Stepped path (45 steps) to the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop "tossa de mar" 7 km, swimming bay 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 15 km. Nearby attractions: Sant Feliu de Guixols 14 km, Platja d'Aro 19 km, Tossa de Mar 8 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Motorway 40 km from the property. Airfield 46 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
