Enjoy the afternoon by the pool or go to the sea for a swim. Villa Lena" is located in Kranjci, within sight of the old town of Labin, but is so secluded that you can enjoy your peace and quiet here. The villa is in a secluded location and there are no immediate neighbours. The access road to the house is hardly frequented. The huge property is fenced in with a wall and tall trees and is therefore not visible from the outside. One is among oneself and enjoys privacy.

Pets are welcome with us! Your four-legged friend will certainly enjoy the large, fenced garden.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. For smokers, there is a covered area outside.

The entire house is air-conditioned and also has central heating. It is therefore also ideal for holiday stays outside the high season.

The villa has an unusual, architectural style and has an idiosyncratic character with its nested roof construction. The total living space of 230 sqm is distributed over 5 rooms and two floors and there are two bathrooms and two WCs.

Bedrooms: You will sleep soundly with us, because the beds are extremely comfortable and there is nothing to disturb your sleep at night. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The windows are equipped with insect screens and can be protected from the midday sun with shutters, so that the room always stays pleasantly cool. Two bedrooms have their own balcony where you can end the day with a glass of red wine. Bed linen and duvet covers are included.

Bathrooms: Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and an additional toilet. There is another toilet on the ground floor. Towels and bath towels are included, as well as shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

The garden around the villa matches the character of the building. Flowering shrubs and shrubs with colourful blossoms as well as numerous old trees provide shade in summer. On hot sunny days, you can cool off in the pool. The terrace around the pool with sun loungers and parasols invites you to sunbathe. At the barbecue next to the covered pergola you can prepare Mediterranean dishes or end the evening in convivial company. Pure pleasure!
