Beautiful vacation home, only 100 m from the Baltic Sea beach, with sea view, fireplace, sauna, beach chair and billiard room. It is for max. 11 people

The vacation home has a living area of 190 m² and a garden area of 300 m². Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200 cm), and the other two bedrooms each have one double bed and one single bed. The single beds measure 140 x 200 cm. A bathroom with a shower is located in the basement, and a bathroom with a shower and tub is located on the upper floor. A hair dryer is also provided. You’ll find a washing machine in the utility room. You can enjoy pleasant evenings with friends in the billiards room on the upper floor, which features a jukebox. The upper floor and the attic are fully covered with hardwood flooring. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sitting area, a TV and radio, a CD and DVD player, and a large dining table. On cold days, a fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is a separate coat closet on the first floor. For our youngest guests, there is a travel crib, a high chair, a handcart, and a swing. Exterior blinds are installed on the ground-floor windows. All windows are equipped with fly screens.
The living room opens onto a terrace. The garden also features a beach chair and a barrel sauna. This beautiful vacation home is located just about 100 m from the Baltic Sea beach. From the first floor and the billiards room in the attic, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find lovely restaurants, cafes, a corner store, and a small fish market that’s a local hidden gem. Börgerende is an ideal starting point for bike rides to the neighboring towns of Nienhagen and Warnemünde, or Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. Even the spa town of Bad Doberan is only 6 km away. The Hanseatic city of Rostock is approximately 15 km away.
