This modern and cozy 2-room vacation apartment, measuring 60 square meters, is located in the attic, and from the balcony you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the “Ghost Forest.” In just a few minutes, you’ll be at the beach, where you can take a deep breath and forget the stress of everyday life.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the living room features a pull-out couch. A color TV provides entertainment in the evening, and kitchen appliances—such as a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, freezer, and toaster—help you enjoy your meals with fun and joy during your vacation.

Bedding and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day trip destinations in the area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock Interchange → A20 toward Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
