Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Apartementhaus und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einer FerienHaus-Siedlung, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen der ruhigen und sonnigen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Klimno. The holiday flat is situated on an enclosed property with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Klimaanlage. Internetzugang (WLAN) und Waschmaschine. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Satellit.

Alle Pools stehen Ihnen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Außenpool (Anfang Januar bis Ende Dezember in Betrieb beheizbar 3 m x 8 m 1,5 m tief).

Kitchen (walk-through room) with TV, dining area, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
