In the heart of Salzburgerland lies this luxury chalet with plenty of facilities. It is about 8 minutes by car from the ski resort of Flachau. The chalet is equipped with every luxury. In the basement is a private wellness area with a lovely bath, a sauna and a ski storage room. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the picturesque mountain landscape.

This region is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. With hundreds of kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski facilities, the Pongau region offers the ultimate Alpine experience. The ski areas Spacejet 1 Flachau, Snow Space Salzburg, Monte Popolo in Eben, Zauchensee and Altenmarkt-Radstadt, part of Ski Amadé, can be reached in about 10 minutes from the chalet. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and après-ski are also excellent options in this region. The Pongau region in winter is a magical destination for ski fanatics and winter lovers. After a day of skiing, relax at the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt (approx. 6.5 km).

Also discover the summer charm of the Pongau region, located centrally in Salzburgland. This region offers an oasis of green mountains and crystal-clear mountain lakes. Explore the many hiking trails, take a refreshing dip in one of the lakes, and enjoy adventure activities like mountain biking and rafting.
