Welcome to our charming holiday apartment, offering spacious rooms with cosy furnishings. The accommodation features three bedrooms and can host up to eight people. The generous living room invites you to relax, is equipped with cable TV, and provides access to a small balcony. The compact kitchen includes basic appliances. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate small toilet with a mini washbasin.



Our holiday apartment is located in an idyllic village with a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, various restaurants, and a small pub nearby. The bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. In front of the house, there is a parking space for two cars or a larger van.



The surroundings offer an impressive panoramic view and numerous leisure opportunities, especially in winter. Nearby, you will find options for skiing, tobogganing, and cross-country skiing, with equipment rental available. In summer, bathing lakes and leisure pools invite you to swim. Numerous hiking and walking trails allow you to explore nature. Mini golf also provides fun.



Parking spaces are available for guests but must be reserved before check-in. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation, but is allowed outside. A tourist tax is charged; a reduced fee applies for children aged 6 to 15 years.
