Welcome to Sielentium, your personal retreat on the picturesque Sieltief in Eilsum, near Greetsiel! This spacious and brand-new (completion February 2025) vacation home offers 100 m² of space for up to six people and is the ideal place for families, couples, or groups of friends planning a relaxing stay in this charming coastal region.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll be delighted by the bright, welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the spacious living room, is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Cook with your loved ones in the modern kitchen, which features high-quality appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, and a convenient espresso machine (Dolce Gusto). The dining area, which seats 6 people, is perfect for social dinner evenings, while the sofa corner in the living room—featuring a beautiful L-shaped sofa and a wood-burning stove—invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy evenings together watching a movie on the TV or browsing through the books provided.

The house’s unique location, with a perfect southwest-facing orientation, ensures that you can enjoy the view of the idyllic Sieltief. The two terraces (a small one facing south and a large, covered one facing west), the beautiful dock, and the fenced-in garden (there is no fence along the water’s edge) are a true dream for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Here, on warm days, you can soak up the sun, have a barbecue (an electric grill is provided), or relax comfortably on the patio furniture. The garden also features a lawn where children can play while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property is designed to be especially child-friendly for our younger guests, and your dog is also welcome—so nothing stands in the way of a vacation together!

A highlight of the Sielentium is the sauna, available for your exclusive use—ideal for relaxing after an active day exploring the area.

The house offers a total of three bedrooms, each equipped with plush beds and plenty of storage space. They are the perfect retreat for a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and features two single box-spring beds, a closet, and a TV; the other two bedrooms are located upstairs and each feature a double box-spring bed (1x 1.80 m, 1x 1.60 m), a closet (one of which is even a walk-in closet), and a TV on the upper floor. In addition, there are two modern bathrooms available, each equipped with large walk-in showers, heated towel racks, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a sink. The large bathroom on the first floor also features a sauna, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The entire house is tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating; all windows have fly screens and pleated blinds (in the bedrooms for blackout). In the storage room, you’ll find a clothes rack, an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and other useful household items.

In front of the house is a large garden shed with an electrical outlet, so you can conveniently and safely store and charge any e-bikes you bring with you. A parking space is also available.

Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available (we cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).

A wallbox for charging an electric car is also available upon prior request.

The neighboring houses are “Huus Fernleaf” and “Moor Huus Auszeit,” should you need more space.
