Sports harbour 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Hippodrome de La Palmyre 9 km, Zoo de La Palmyre 12 km, La Palmyre Golf 12 km, Golf de Royan 12 km, Iléo - Ile d'Oléron 35 km, Fort Boyard - Fouras 55 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in La Palmyre, 10 km.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
