The enclosed 400 m² garden offers a peaceful outdoor space to relax.



Included: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, a bath mat, and dish towels.



The house accommodates up to 8 guests.



Ground floor:

- Dining room with large table, perfect for family or friends, filled with light and overlooking the garden

- Cozy separate living room with wood stove (wood not provided)

- Separate toilet

- Laundry area with washing machine



Upstairs:

- 4 spacious bedrooms with 160 cm beds (all beds can be separated). All bedding is new

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and sink



You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: complete tableware, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer, classic coffee maker, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, food processor, large pot, washing machine, TV, internet access, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs, and composter.



Outside, children can play safely in the enclosed garden. Garden furniture, barbecue, and loungers are available for meals and relaxing in the sun.



Free parking on the street or in the school parking lot next door.



All rooms are at your disposal except the attic and the shed at the end of the garden. You can enjoy the full 400 m² property.
