Liebe Veronika, wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Einrichtung des Hauses gefallen hat, bedauern aber die Unzufriedenheitspunkte. Bezüglich der Pelletheizung wurden Sie bei der Ankunft informiert, und es standen zwei leistungsstarke Elektroheizungen zur Verfügung, die das gesamte Haus beheizen konnten. Während Ihres Aufenthalts lagen die Temperaturen zudem über 20°C. Die Badezimmerheizung funktioniert inzwischen wieder einwandfrei. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Rückmeldung und werden weiterhin daran arbeiten, unseren Service zu verbessern.
