Make use of the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and look forward to quiet hours on the beautiful, glazed veranda, which is suitable as a living and dining area for socialising, and in the living room with tiled stove.



Outside, a terrace and an idyllic garden await you. The property is situated on a slope towards the water. Further down there is a private beach, rocks and a private jetty with a bathing ladder. There is also a beach terrace with an outdoor kitchen. If you have a boat, you can moor it directly at the jetty.



In Nösund there are two beautiful bathing areas with rocks, diving platforms, bathing huts and a jetty. There is also a tennis court and two hotels with restaurants and a spa. The green, idyllic surroundings with small roads are ideal for walks and cycle tours. By car or bike, you can quickly reach other charming places such as Lyr, Mollösund, Käringön, Stocken or Gullholmen/Härmanö with their restaurants, cafés, cultural experiences and opportunities for seal safaris.
