The apartment features two inviting rooms, including a cozy bedroom (no door/ that cannot be locked), with a double bed (single mattress 160x200 cm) and a large closet, where you can enjoy restful nights after an exciting day at the beach. A roller shade and curtains are available to block out the light.

The living area captivates with its cozy atmosphere. Here you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) as well as a higher dining table with bar stools, where you can eat and chat together.
The 40-inch smart TV provides evening entertainment, as do the Blu-ray player and a radio for streaming and relaxing.

The fully equipped, separate kitchen has everything you could ask for. Whether you’re preparing your own meals or just enjoying a snack—you’ll find everything you need here. From a 2-burner induction cooktop to an oven and refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and even dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils—you’ll have everything you need to whip up culinary delights.

The bathroom is modern and features a shower—ideal for relaxing after a long day of adventures.

Located right on the pedestrian zone in the very heart of Timmendorfer Strand, you’ll find this apartment complex across from the new Kurpark. The beach is about 50 meters away on foot. A parking space is available in the building’s underground garage.
