Cosy villa detached, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Villasimius, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: beautiful garden with flowers and trees. Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 50 km, ferry "Cagliari" 50 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia Del Riso" 200 m. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Nearby attractions: Punta Molentis 5 km, Costa Rei 15 km, Cagliari 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
"Itaca", 4-room villa 97 m2. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table and digital TV. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 3 beds and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Exit to the veranda. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Large patio, large garden. Barbecue, deck chairs. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: (extra).
