Three reservoirs and the Hochsauerland region with various attractions can be reached by car within 20 to 30 minutes. A grocery store and a bakery are about an 8-minute walk away. The city centre is approximately 1.4 km away.



The 70 sqm non-smoking apartment features three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate toilet. The large south-facing terrace is furnished in summer and offers barbecue facilities and a fire bowl. A parking space for your car is available depending on availability, and there is public parking directly in front of the house.
