The apartment, partially renovated in 2014, lies on the 1st floor with view of the lake and the mountains. Covered lake side balcony with sunblind. Lawn of the property for common use. Elevator. Driveway to house. Reserved parking in garage. Bus Stop ca. 200m. Shops ca. 600m. Lake with swimming and sunbathing possibilities ca. 300m. Lido Locarno ca. 2,5 km.
