The studio is located in a detached house built in 1980, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the courtyard and its quiet location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Starigrad-Paklenica, 10 m above sea level. The studio is located on a 900 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 500 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (800 m).
