Modern dream home with 5 bedrooms, private spa and gym

A large, quietly located, modern house with 5 bedrooms, high-quality furnishings, an open fireplace, located directly on the edge of a field, and a large, well-kept garden. A professionally equipped fitness area and a modern wellness area with a steam room (suitable for 4-5 people), a rain shower, a heated seating area for foot baths, an outdoor whirlpool, and an ice tub are also available.

The property was completely renovated at the end of 2024 and prepared for rental.

This house leaves nothing to be desired for an unforgettable, relaxing experience.

There are several options for wonderful, peaceful walks in nature. Combined with the steam room, you can unwind and relax.

There are opportunities to visit a riding school nearby, and a strawberry field is just 1 km away, where you can pick your own strawberries in summer. A great experience for children. Norderstedt's city park is a 10-minute walk away and is full of activities, including wakeboarding, water skiing, outdoor gym, and much more.
The airport is only 10-15 minutes away by car and is very easy to reach.
The airport is about 15 minutes from the house. The city center is about 35 minutes from the house. The city center is also easily accessible by train.
I'll recommend some activities that I've already done and experienced, but this is just my subjective opinion, and everyone feels differently, so ultimately you'll have to find out for yourself.
I'll start with things in the area.
Supermarket:
A small shopping mall with a supermarket, bakery, dry cleaner, food truck, and general practitioner is a 5-minute walk away. There's also a police station there.
Food:
A traditional German restaurant is about 8-10 minutes away by car. Both the food and the prices are upscale and not cheap. Nevertheless, I would recommend the restaurant. In summer, you can sit outside in the restaurant's garden, which is truly charming.
On the same street where you rented my house, there is a Greek restaurant with outdoor seating. It's not an upscale restaurant, and the prices are reasonable by German standards.
Directly adjacent to the Greek restaurant is a bowling alley serving American cuisine.
The nearest steakhouse is Elrado House, about 10 minutes from the house.

If you enjoy shopping and are into luxury, I would recommend downtown Hamburg.

The Alstertaler Shopping Center is a rather upscale shopping mall. There are several restaurants around and near, such as The Locks, Block House (steak house), and Del Favero (Italian).
Very close by is another shopping center called Herold Center. It's about 10 minutes away by car.
If you decide to drive into the city center, you'll usually pass Eppendorfer Baum and Eppendorfer Weg, where you'll find small boutiques and very nice cafes. I highly recommend this if you enjoy a coffee in a good location.

Things to do in nature nearby:
When you leave the house, you have the option of taking a very relaxing nature path for a quiet and relaxing walk.
Norderstedt City Park is only 5-7 minutes away, or about 15 minutes away on foot. It offers a variety of activities, such as wakeboarding, water skiing, a natural swimming pool with a beach, a soccer field, a basketball court, mini golf, a climbing wall, playgrounds for children, and an outdoor gym. There's also a restaurant right next to the wakeboarding and waterskiing stand.
Within a 7-10-minute walk, you can reach a strawberry field in the summer and pick your own strawberries. This is a great experience for children.
About 12-15 minutes away, there's a canoe and small paddleboat rental shop where you can relax and unwind on the Alster. I highly recommend it, as this stretch of the Alster is incredibly beautiful and unspoiled.
