In the centre of Arco, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 4 km from the lake, 50 m from the river. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 20 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop 20 m, lake di Garda 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km, indoor tennis centre 4 km, minigolf 7 km, cycle lane 50 m. Nearby attractions: Castello di Arco 500 m, Riva del Garda 4 km, Trento 40 km, Climbing Stadium Arco 500 m, Stazione dei Bus Arco 1 km, Strada della Forra 11 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madonna di Campiglio 68 km, Pinzolo 58 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Toblino, Lago di Ledro 14 km, Lago di Garda 4 km. Hiking paths: Le Cavre 1.5 km, Pista Ciclabile Riva-Sarche 50 m, Ferrata Colodri 500 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
