Welcome to our charming farmstead, nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Swabian-Franconian Forest.
Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, enjoy the fresh country air, and let the idyllic surroundings enchant you. Our farm combines rural charm with modern comforts and offers the perfect retreat for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to relax amidst beautiful scenery.

### **Our Accommodations**
Our farm features three lovingly designed vacation apartments that can accommodate up to 15 guests in total:
- **Apartment 1** – for up to 4 people
- **Apartment 2** – for up to 4 people
- **Apartment 3** – for up to 7 people

Each apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with a modern touch and is ideal for relaxation and spending time together. The spacious outdoor area with a garden invites you to linger, while the adjacent forest offers perfect conditions for long walks—whether alone, with family, or with your dog.

### **A Place for Community & Relaxation**
In addition to the vacation apartments, our guests have access to a **common room** that’s perfect for social evenings. Here you’ll find:
✔ A large TV for movie nights together
✔ A dartboard for friendly games

If you’d like to wind down the day in a relaxed way, you can use our sauna (for a fee). It offers the perfect opportunity to unwind after an active day in nature.

### **Activities & Surroundings**
Our farm is ideally located for numerous outdoor activities:
🌿 **Hiking & Walking** – Beautiful hiking trails run right “out the front door,” including the famous Way of St. James.
🚴 **Cycling** – The popular **Kocher-Jagst Bike Trail** runs practically right past our accommodation and offers fantastic routes for cyclists.
🏍 **Motorcycling** – The winding roads of the surrounding countryside make our region particularly popular with motorcyclists.
🐾 **Vacation with Your Dog** – The expansive meadows and forests around our farm offer perfect conditions for relaxing walks with your four-legged friends. Pets are very welcome here (please let us know in advance).

Access to the vacation rentals is via a shared entrance, from which each unit can be reached separately.

Check-in is flexible and can be done either contactlessly using a key code or in person with key handoff.

During their stay, our guests also have access to the spacious outdoor area with a garden, the cozy common room, and a washer and dryer—all of which are available for shared use by all guests at the estate.

We’re happy to be there for our guests!
Upon arrival, we can meet in person on-site, and during your stay, we’re either right there or available at any time by phone or Messenger.
