High Up Retreat is a spacious, modernly furnished penthouse apartment where guests will find the following:
An open-concept kitchen-living room with a microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and plenty of tea and coffee, as well as a smart TV
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (box spring bed, 200 x 180 cm),
1 pull-out double sofa bed in the living room, providing a total of 6 sleeping spots.
Bathroom, bathtub with shower, including shower gel and shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer, washing machine
This cozy yet spacious retreat is located above the rooftops of Linz on the edge of the Alturfahr district, with an idyllic village atmosphere and inviting restaurants along the Danube, all within walking distance.
The final tram stops for lines 3 and 4, as well as the Pöstlingbergbahn, are less than 5 minutes away from the accommodation. From here, Linz Central Station and nearly every part of the city are accessible by public transportation.

Information about self-check-in will be sent automatically via email 1–2 days before arrival.
Check-out is also available around the clock, but must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

For guests arriving by car:
We cannot offer private parking spaces. However, there are public long-term parking spaces as well as spaces with variable parking durations in the immediate vicinity. More detailed information about this, along with a map showing the unlimited, free parking spaces, is available at the accommodation.
Cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) can park their bicycles in the courtyard.
For the safety of our guests, the entire entrance area of the property is under video surveillance.
Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited throughout the entire property!
Visitors are not permitted!
The entire building is gas-free. We are connected to the city of Linz’s district heating system.
