A family-friendly holiday resort in a very quiet area, 200 meters from the beach. Just a few steps from the resort center.

Comfortable, two-story holiday homes with covered terraces. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (TV, dining table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two large, separate bedrooms and an additional toilet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Air conditioning with cooling and heating functions is provided. Wireless internet is available.

The well-maintained and fenced grounds of the holiday resort include an attractive playground, a well-equipped playroom, bicycle rentals, table tennis, and foosball. A sauna and a whirlpool are available for an additional fee. Secure parking is available (one space per cottage is included in the price; an additional parking space is available at an additional cost).

The price includes: bed linen, internet, and parking (one space per cottage). A baby cot and highchair are available upon request (reservation required). Sianożęty is a small holiday village located approximately 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort, Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated right next to a wide beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie also boasts a 100-meter-long pier. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and offers stunning views of the beaches, clear sea, and charming peat bogs. From here, cycling is an easy and pleasant way to reach nearby Ustronie Morskie, as well as the larger city of Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
