Leas Apartment offers step-free access and is located in Aichen, ideal for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. The 40 m² space features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, and a washer-dryer. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.



The apartment is close to LEGOLAND Deutschland in Günzburg (32 minutes, 41 km) and offers great hiking opportunities, a pilgrimage site in Maria Versperbild, barbecue facilities, and a playground in the village. Shopping is available in Thannhausen (8 minutes, 8 km).



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet stays free of charge. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the property. An electric vehicle charging station can be used on request (available for an extra fee). There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available. Essential toiletries are provided. The property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly. Great stay in the countryside. We got to get away from Munich to recharge and could not ask for a more welcoming host. The farmhouse was amazing, clean, and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful for the hospitality.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war über die beschriebene Ausstattung hinaus sogar noch mit Außenrollläden und Fliegengittern in den Fenstern ausgestattet, so dass man sowohl Hitze als auch Fliegen und Mücken abhalten konnte.

Richtig toller Aufenthalt, tolle Vermieter und eine super Unterkunft in der alles vorhanden ist was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.
