The apartment was clean and as described. If you have a senior traveling with you, there is a Lift but stairs to get to the lift. The bathroom floor gets wet easily due to a bad seal for the door presenting a hazard. It would have been nice to have more than 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person. We were told there would be a bar of soap, we only had dish soap. I mention this because I specifically asked about hand soap being available in a communication. The internet and TV was an ongoing problem over the time we stayed. It took us 2 days to get the internet working and the TV never did work. To access the Wifi, there was a QR code on the door that accessed a locked document that was locked. We followed all directions to get the TV working, which did not work for us. Ultimately, we just let it go. The rental company requested we contact them to make things right before we left a bad review, to have perspective and be fair. I messaged them and I was honest about not being happy about the wifi and TV. The response I received from the company was that it was basically my fault for not following their directions. I am fair when I say that when I contacted them I did not expect anything free. Rather I was told it didn’t work because I hadn’t plugged in the TV. Don’t ask for criticism if you can’t handle the truth and get defensive and become arrogant. If it weren’t for the last response I got from the rental agency, I would recommend this place.

Dear Natasha Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the apartment clean and as described. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the bathroom seal, towels and the soap have been noted, and we will review these points with our team. Regarding the Wi-Fi and TV, our team remained in close contact with you throughout your stay and made every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. According to our investigation, the internet connection itself was functioning correctly, and we also provided troubleshooting instructions and further assistance. We regret that we were ultimately unable to meet your expectations in this regard. We also regret that our communication left you with a negative impression. It is always our intention to assist our guests professionally and respectfully, and we certainly did not mean to suggest that your feedback was not appreciated. On the contrary, we value constructive comments, as they help us improve our service. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you all the best for your future travels. Your ZR team
