The residence is at the foot of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, as well as hiking and mountain biking paths. Alpine skiing is 4 km away (Aussois area) or 5 km (Val Cenis). Many activities are available in both summer and winter. The Vanoise National Park is just 1 km away, reachable on foot or by car in summer.



Près du Mélèze consists of two connected apartments:
