Our cozy vacation home “SörenHuus” in Frisian style convinces with a good location and a well-kept interior in beautiful Neßmersiel.
The well-designed floor plan offers you a restful place to relax on the North Sea coast on approx. 85 m² of living space.
The living area with kitchen provides an open living concept with the visually beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling.
With a total of three bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor and two on the upper floor, our vacation home offers a vacation for a wide target group. Whether families with children or senior citizens - everyone gets their money's worth here.
Dogs ? Welcome. The property is fully fenced and the well-known dog beach with activity area welcomes your four-legged friends.
The vacation home offers you pleasant comfort with a shower bathroom on the first floor and a WC on the upper floor.
The outdoor area also boasts a gently landscaped garden, which offers privacy thanks to its orientation.
The terrace, which is accessible from the living/dining area, faces south-west and is a great place to end the day after a day at the beach.
The property also has two parking spaces. You will soon have your own wallbox (11kw) - here you can conveniently charge your vehicle overnight (0.65€/ kWh).

Wir leben in Leer & Berlin und reisen selbst im Urlaub viel.
In Ostfriesland und speziell in die Gegend um Nessmersiel habe wir uns verliebt:
Landschaft, Menschen, Tiere, Meer, Ruhe.
Es ist einfach (und) wunderschön.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Da für uns Privatsphäre wichtig ist, ist es eben dieses Haus geworden :
Ein freistehend Einzelhaus.
Und wir haben uns das Logo und den Namen selbst ausgesucht :-)
Trotzdem findet man in der Nähe alles was man benötigt - das geht auch ohne Auto. Einen Fahrradverleih gibt es genauso wie die Anbindungung an den ÖPNV.
Der Strand ist wirklich nah. Und darüber hinaus gibt es einen abgezäunten Hundestrand, mit eigenen Strandkörben.
Es kommen tatsächlich alle auf ihre Kosten.
