Even the approach to the house is majestic: after passing through the electric gate, the private road winds its way up to the house with its adjacent parking lot. If you are on foot, the path from the gate to the house can be shortened by taking the stairs.
A spacious, covered terrace with outdoor fireplace and dining area leads into the bright, elegant living room, which is divided into a cozy couch area with TV and a dining area. Large panoramic windows facing the sea, the elegant, modern furnishings and the open-plan design create a feeling of light, air and space. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need to comfortably prepare even the most elaborate dishes. A French window provides direct access to the terrace.
