Shop, grocery 800 m, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant, bakery 800 m, bus stop "place du parc" 100 m, sandy beach 1 km, park "Aqualand" 25 km, diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km, sailing school 1.2 km, minigolf 12 km. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 13 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 14 km, St-Tropez 18 km, Ste-Maxime 25 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Fenouillet 2.4 km, Sentier du Littoral 8.6 km, Toulon 60 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire.
3-room maisonette 52 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler (150 litres). Terrace 15 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 6. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
