The apartment is new and modern. Combined living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The sitting area in the living room is comfortably and tastefully furnished, flat screen color TV with satellite connection, radio and WLAN connection are available free of charge.
The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
Our fridge is always filled with the best local beer specialties!!!
Generously equipped bright bathroom with corner bath / WC / urinal with lid.
Bedroom with futon double bed 200 cm x 180 cm x 20 cm high.
Hallway and small storage space complete the room offer.
Of course, there is also a parking space directly in front of the property.
Right next to it in the garden is a covered barbecue area which can also be used!
Bamberg city center is conveniently located and can be reached in just a few minutes by car or bicycle (8 km)!
Bicycles are available and can be provided!
The "Old Town Hall" in the middle of the river, the imperial cathedral with the only papal tomb north of the Alps, "Little Venice", the traditional fishermen's settlement and the former Benedictine monastery of St. Michael with its herbarium are just some of the highlights in an attractive old town with baroque house facades and cozy restaurants.
Find soothing relaxation on excursions to Franconian Switzerland, the Hassberge mountains, the Upper Main Valley or the Steigerwald Nature Park or experience the Franconian river paradise and the Franconian Lake District.
The cities of Nuremberg, Coburg, Bayreuth and Forchheim are all within a radius of approx. 50 km.
