Your stay begins in a bright, 50-square-meter oasis. The spacious living room with large windows invites you to relax on the terrace or by the pellet stove in the evening. There is a master bedroom and a children's room with bunk beds for restful nights.



The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for relaxed dinners. Outside, you'll find a private sandbox for children and a sun terrace with loungers and a barbecue.



The area offers many highlights. The nearest beach is only 900 meters away, ideal for swimming. The charming old town of Ueckermünde with its harbor is just a five-minute drive away, perfect for strolling and dining. Families will love the region's largest zoo.



The harbor of Altwarp, great for boat trips, is only ten minutes away. A trip to the Polish city of Szczecin takes about 45 minutes.



Enjoy local cuisine at Beckers beer garden, where cool drinks and tasty meals await you. The "Usedomer Blick" also offers wonderful views and delicious dishes.



Explore the scenic cycling and hiking trails through the region's nature. In autumn, admire the colorful landscape.



Please note: No events or parties are allowed in our holiday home. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. One dog is welcome. The nearest gas station and supermarket are just 1.5 km away. Pets up to 20 kg can stay by prior arrangement with the host.



Intentionally without Wi-Fi: The house offers no internet connection – for a true digital break in the beautiful nature of the Szczecin Lagoon and nearby nature park. Here, beaches, cycle paths, and tranquility await instead of screens and notifications.
