This cozy and bright 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building, is easily accessible via elevator, and has been newly furnished with great attention to detail.

The 55 sq m apartment has a balcony and is rented fully furnished, including towels and bed linens.

The apartment is attractively furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Both a washing machine and a dishwasher are included.

A private parking space is available in the building's underground garage, and there are also several parking spaces in front of the building.

Internet access is included. In addition to regular TV channels, various streaming services can be accessed via the Smart TV with your own accounts.

The apartment is centrally located in Dietzenbach, a suburb of the metropolis of Frankfurt. In the immediate vicinity there is a fitness studio from the "Jumpers" chain as well as a bakery, pharmacy, doctors and small restaurants (Italian, Turkish, American) within walking distance. The "Rathaus Center Dietzenbach" shopping center offers all the necessary shopping options from supermarkets (Rewe) to electronics (Mediamarkt) and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (500m). Also just 10 minutes away on foot is the "Dietzenbach Mitte" train station, which offers further supermarkets (Lidl, Tegut) and a drugstore (dm).
