Everything you need for a relaxing stay is thoughtfully provided:

- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes

- Living room with HD TV, dining area, and comfy sofa (sleeps 1)

- 1 bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2) and a gallery room with pull-out bed (sleeps 2), reached by a steep space-saving staircase

- Bathroom with shower and toilet

- Wi-Fi available, but you can also choose to go offline

For swimming, visit the idyllic Soboth reservoir or the outdoor pools in St. Oswald and Eibiswald. At Soboth reservoir, you can also enjoy stand-up paddling, diving, surfing, or rent a boat.
