This three-unit townhouse is centrally located in the resort town of Born on the Darß peninsula. Enjoy the short walk to the bakery as well as to a variety of restaurants and charming cafés. Gut Darß, a popular family destination, is also just a stone’s throw away. Those who enjoy an active vacation will find plenty to do here as well. In addition to the surf school, there are countless opportunities to explore the Bodden, the Darß Forest, and the western beach by bike or on foot.

About the Vacation Rental
The maisonette apartment is furnished with a unique, contemporary, and maritime-inspired style and exudes a warm, cozy atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find the lovingly furnished living room with a TV, Blu-ray, DVD, and CD players, as well as a Swedish tiled stove that provides cozy warmth. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the room. Thanks to its convenient amenities—including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and Dulce Gusto coffee maker—it leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for cooking together. A guest restroom is also located on the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll find two of the three bedrooms. These are furnished in a Scandinavian style to match the house and are equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Another bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this floor. The vacation home is completed by the third bedroom as well as the main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet on the second floor of the house.

A stone terrace with high-quality wooden furniture is part of the vacation property. Here you can enjoy the privacy and tranquility you desire on vacation. For sauna lovers, there is a separate sauna cabin* in the garden that can be used by all guests staying in the vacation complex. A parking space is available for you on the property.
