Surroundings
This spacious and modernly equipped vacation home is located right on the beach, just behind the dunes and nestled in a small pine forest. A beach path leads directly from the property through the dune landscape to the fine white sandy beach. The town center, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is about one kilometer away and easily accessible.

Vacation Home
This spacious vacation home offers plenty of room for a relaxing and varied vacation. The well-thought-out floor plan and modern amenities create a pleasant combination of comfort and that vacation feeling.

Ground Floor
The first floor features the entryway with a coat closet, as well as the open-concept living and kitchen area. A cozy sitting area with a view of the garden and a large dining table provide plenty of space for spending time together. The high-quality built-in kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering during your vacation.
In addition, the first floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed; one of them also has a bunk bed for extra sleeping space. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets complete this floor.

Upper Floor
The upper floor features a spacious loft area that serves as additional living space. Here you’ll find a sitting area with a wood-burning stove, a game table, a foosball table, and a small play area for children. From here, you can access the covered balcony overlooking the garden.
The upper floor also features three additional bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—as well as an additional bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and toilet.

Outdoor Area
The house features a fenced-in natural garden with surrounding wooden decks, some of which are covered. High-quality patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a kettle grill invite you to enjoy relaxing hours and social evenings outdoors. An outdoor ping-pong table provides additional recreational fun. The house comes with two to three parking spaces.
Sauna

The separate sauna cabin houses a private wellness oasis with a sauna, shower, and loungers. Use of the sauna is available for a fee and can be booked as an add-on. Please contact us for more information.

Special Features
The vacation home is suitable for up to 10 people, plus 2 toddlers (up to 2 years old). There is a separate guest apartment on the property, which is occasionally used by the owners. The right side of the property is available to guests.

Accessibility
The first floor is largely barrier-free and well-suited for guests with limited mobility. On this level, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are no steps or thresholds within the first floor. The entrance to the house is accessible via a single step.
