Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, barbecue. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Playa de l'Olla" 3 km, rocky beach "Playa Mascarat" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, golf course (12 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest, Peñon de Ifach.
