The apartment has been tastefully and luxuriously furnished. This naturally includes beds at a comfortable height. The sleeping area is visually separated from the living area by a spacious closet. A cable connection with digital reception, a 32-inch LED TV, and a stereo system are included, as is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. The large windows and the spacious loggia offer you a fantastic, unobstructed view of the magnificent Baltic Sea as far as the eye can see.

An outdoor parking space and a bicycle storage room are available. Wi-Fi and a phone line are included for your use.

In the building’s basement, there is a communal laundry room with a washer and dryer. This beautiful complex is located right on the dike and also features an elevator, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. The beach and the promenade are right at your doorstep. All shopping options are within walking distance.
