Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This 2-room vacation apartment is approximately 46 m² and accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and offers a fantastic ocean view from the balcony.

The living and sleeping area features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. The separate bedroom with a window features a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV. The apartment is also equipped with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment. There is also an entryway and a modern bathroom with a shower. In the living room, an electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while you enjoy digital TV with many channels in HD or your favorite music through the Dolby Surround sound system from the comfort of the couch. A special highlight is the PlayStation 3 game console with a variety of games. Wi-Fi and a phone line are, of course, included. At night, the bedrooms can be comfortably darkened.

During the season, from approximately mid-May to mid-September, a beach chair is available for you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. The apartment comes with 2 bicycles, which you can use free of charge during your stay. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.
