Welcome to this 2-room vacation rental with a living area of approximately 46 m². The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and offers a fantastic ocean view from the balcony.

The living and sleeping area features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. The separate bedroom with a window features a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV. The apartment is also equipped with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment. There is also a hallway and a modern bathroom with a bathtub. In the living room, an electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while you enjoy digital TV with many channels in HD or your favorite music through the Dolby Surround sound system from the comfort of the couch. A special highlight is the PlayStation 3 game console with a variety of games. Wi-Fi and a phone line are, of course, included. Both bedrooms can be comfortably darkened at night.

During the season from approximately mid-May to mid-September, a beach chair is available for you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. The apartment comes with 2 bicycles and 2 bike helmets, which you can use free of charge during your stay. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
