In the living area, you’ll find a high-quality sleeper sofa (180x200 cm) for two people as well as a large flat-screen TV. Internet radio and DAB are, of course, included. In the bedroom, you’ll find another TV, a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and a closet for your clothes. A modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and heated floors awaits you. There is direct access from the living/dining area to the furnished terrace with its own beach chair. Electric exterior blinds are available throughout the apartment.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you at the house. There is a shared bicycle storage room in the basement.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
