The bright, welcoming living room greets you with a cozy TV nook. Take a seat in the comfortable armchair or on the cozy couch, which can be converted into a bed (approx. 2x 80x200 cm) if needed and is intended as an extra sleeping space. When the weather is nice, the spacious, furnished balcony naturally beckons, offering a distant view of the Baltic Sea (visibility may be limited depending on the season). Let your mind wander here and enjoy your free time. Of course, you can also sit comfortably in the dining area of the living room. You can whip up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and a dishwasher will take care of the cleanup afterward. You’re guaranteed to have wonderful dreams in the comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) in the bedroom. What makes it special: Here, too, you’ll find a balcony with the same sweeping view. It’s simply wonderful to wake up to such a beautiful vista. The shower room is functionally furnished.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Any bicycles you bring can be stored safely in the shared, lockable bike storage room. A shared washer and dryer are also available for your use. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
