Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Cozy 2-room vacation apartment with approx. 44 m² of living space for up to 4 people on the first floor of the Fördeblickcomplex, Building B.
The living area features a cozy sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa measures a comfortable 160 cm x 200 cm—enough space for 2 people to sleep comfortably. With just one simple step, you can transform the couch into a comfortable bed, complete with a slatted frame. The bedroom is furnished with an upholstered bed featuring a 7-zone pocket spring core configured as a double bed (160x200 cm). The mattresses offer different levels of firmness depending on which side they are positioned on. All windows are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The living room faces the sea. The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, features a glass-enclosed shower stall and a rain shower. From the terrace and the lawn in front of it, you can look out over the rooftops of Laboe toward the Kiel Fjord. Enjoy the absolute tranquility of this apartment with a view over Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. With a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, you can work or surf the Internet as needed. The two TVs (Smart TVs) have an Internet connection and access to Netflix and other streaming services. Let your virtual assistant Alexa give you the weather report for Laboe, read you the latest political news, or play your favorite radio station. The modern patio furniture ensures that you’ll feel right at home on the covered terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet amid birdsong and the beautiful panoramic view stretching from Laboe all the way to the Kiel Fjord.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. A small ramp leads over a single step. There is also a step of about 7 cm at the front door.
The town center, the marina, and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are all within a few minutes’ walk. There is a small Greek restaurant in Building A.
During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.
You can park your car at the Fördeblick complex—you do not have an assigned parking space. For €1 per day per bike, you can securely store up to 2 bicycles in a bike garage. Guests of this apartment have the option to reserve the Wallbox in front of our service office (an 8-minute walk away) to charge their electric vehicle. The price is 35€ per charge, including VAT.

If the beach ever gets too crowded, you’ll find a peaceful retreat in Laboe’s idyllic spa park. The Förde Hiking Trail begins right outside the front door, winds along the picturesque coastline, and offers breathtaking views of the Kiel Fjord at every turn. Laboe is the perfect place to combine nature and relaxation.
