In the best location in Laboe: This 3-room vacation apartment, designed for up to 4 people, features a loft, a balcony, and a living area of approximately 55 m². It is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in the second row, and just 100 m from the beach.

You can enjoy a wonderful vacation in this dreamy loft apartment. The combined living-dining area with an open kitchenette and a bedroom with two single beds is located on the lower level. So is the large, naturally lit bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a washer and dryer. On the balcony, furnished with cozy lounge furniture, you can reflect on the day’s events. The second, open sleeping area is located on the upper level and is furnished with a double bed. You can access the loft from the living room via a spiral staircase. The town center, the picturesque harbor, and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (W 220 x H 205). Please note the maximum clearance height of 1.95 m and the winding access road to the parking space. Larger cars and vans will need to find parking elsewhere. Alternatively, we offer the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. One dog is permitted for an additional fee.
