House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Garden Apartment terrace offers a view of the garden. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance.

Accessed from the garden (92sqm). Living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, covered north veranda. Kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher. Living area with dining table, sofa, Swedish stove, TV, air conditioning. Bedroom with double bed 160x200, mosquito net and air conditioning. Ensuite bathroom with shower, underfloor / towel heating, WC/bidet and a window. Washing machine.
