This lovingly furnished one-room apartment on the first floor features a spacious rooftop terrace facing the lake—the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets and the fresh sea air.

A small staircase and a hallway with a coat closet lead into the apartment, which features a separate, well-equipped kitchenette (with a small fully automatic coffee maker) —everything you need on vacation, but without a lot of frills. The kitchen includes a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a combination oven/microwave. The small under-counter refrigerator has a freezer compartment.

The combined living and sleeping area features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a sturdy mattress and slatted frame, as well as a cozy sofa (with a sleeper function) and an armchair. A small TV rounds out the amenities. The apartment offers Wi-Fi via a high-speed fiber-optic network.

The bathroom, which has a window that lets in natural light, is simply equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.

The choice is yours: We offer you the option to bring your own linens to help keep your vacation costs down. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide our laundry package (bed linens and towels) as an optional extra—whichever best suits your travel plans.

Our guests can enjoy a cozy barbecue on the large shared terrace on the first floor (there are two other vacation apartments in the building) or simply savor the relaxed atmosphere (on the quiet back side of the house) with a small view of the sea.

Dear dog lovers: One small dog is welcome to stay with us. There’s a green space right outside the front door, and our digital guest app offers plenty of tips for dog-friendly outings, beaches, places to stop for a bite, and beautiful walking trails. The Westerholz/Langballigau dog beach is practically around the corner—perfect conditions for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend.

Ideal for groups: The apartment is part of a house with a total of three living units. This offers the perfect opportunity for couples who are friends or larger families to travel together while still maintaining their own private retreat. In addition to this apartment, the following are available in the house:

There’s a bus stop with direct service to Flensburg right next to the house.
