The fully equipped kitchenette features high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. In addition, a vacuum cleaner makes your daily life there easier.

The sleeping area is equipped with comfortable sleeping arrangements (for up to two guests) and—like all the windows in the apartment—features privacy screens. In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a modern TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s or higher, e.g., cable or fiber optic), a radio, and cozy seating. The living areas are equipped with pleasant underfloor heating, ensuring cozy comfort even on cooler days.

The bathroom features a walk-in, floor-level shower, toilet, hair dryer, mirror, and hot water. The entire apartment is a non-smoking area and is additionally secured by a smoke detector.
